I think we are just seeing the bid collapse and longtime holders selling for a tax loss. Doesn't look like dilution to me because it's relatively low volume. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't considering the same. Right now the gamble becomes do I hold on longer in the hopes that it goes back up and I can sell at a higher price, or do I sell now at 4 or 5 before it goes to no bid. Been in this predicament many-a-time. If there wasn't any risk there wouldn't be any reward. Capitulation is a necessary part of a market cycle. It can lead to either forming a base for the next run, or in some cases the demise of a ticker.

I think we will see updates eventually (hopefully soon), but the question becomes how soon will we see updates, and will they be of any substance? I think patience will eventually be rewarded here but at the same time, time is money. Lots to consider.
